Each customer wants their own template, parameter list, and limits — and a wrong value on a certificate is a customer complaint at best. We generate customer-specific CoAs straight from approved lot data, so the person shipping doesn't have to be the person who knows every customer's requirements.
Stop Transcribing Certificates by Hand
Supplier CoAs arrive as PDFs and spreadsheets in every layout imaginable. Production logs and lab results live somewhere else again. We pick them up on a schedule, read each one against that supplier's known format, and stage the values for review — with a link back to the exact document they came from.

Automation shouldn't mean nobody looked. Every lot's data waits in one queue for your quality reviewer, with out-of-spec values already flagged. No. We build alongside what you run. The system reads from your existing sources and can feed your current SPC package. Replacing anything is a later, separate decision — and only if it makes sense.
Wherever you prefer: a server or virtual machine on site, or a cloud account you own. It runs in standard containers, so moving it later is straightforward.
The system notices. Each supplier format is locked against its expected rows and units, so a changed layout raises an exception instead of being mis-read. Adding the new layout is a small, routine change.
Both. Assessments and first-line builds are fixed-fee — you know what you're paying before we start. Ongoing support is a fixed monthly fee. Large custom projects may use time-and-materials with a not-to-exceed cap.
